Yet year in year out people are attracted to this prose. I suppose we have been encouraged since children to “keep an open mind”. Our egos are telling our mind “but what if it is true?” If you are so inclined go to the seminars and spend your money. If you are inclined not to…why not read about some of the methods hard working and sometimes lucky people have used to make money in real estate. Best of all the information costs you no money.
